Guy Brouns, strategy and transformation expert with over 20 years’ experience in the private and public sectors. His varied career has enabled him to develop an in-depth understanding of the alignment between strategy, business and technology. As a consultant and business architect, he has led numerous change programs, combining theoretical and practical expertise. Trained in coaching, he pays particular attention to the human dimension of change. Guy also teaches at the KU Leuven, contributing his know-how in innovation and project management. He is also Director of the INNOCOM Institute, a training center specializing in Strategic Transformation and Enterprise Architecture within INNOCOM.
Damien Watrin, transformation expert with 15 years’ experience in digitalization and organization design. As a former Chief Transformation Officer, he managed various programs, linking strategy and operations to achieve concrete results. Certified in LEAN Six Sigma, Damien focuses on change management and enterprise architecture. He knows how to communicate with different hierarchical levels, from executives to employees, enabling him to adopt a hands-on, collaborative approach.
